All of the faculty and employees of Diponegoro University, and notably the Department of Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding Engineering, need to have a common passion for their work and a commitment to working together to achieve the university’s goals. The Department of Marine Engineering at Diponegoro University, which is a Legal Entity College (PTNBH), is required to participate in the reporting of the University’s Key Performance Indicator (IKU). To reach the KPI, all Marine Engineering Department staff members must work together (cooperate).
