In the bustling ports of Jakarta, Jingga Langit Tenggara stands as a testament to the power of dedication and expertise in the shipping industry. An alumnus of Diponegoro University, Jingga has risen to the position of Operational & Technical Director at PT. Global Trans Energy, a subsidiary of the Baramulti Group, after over 17 years of diverse experience.
Jingga’s journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Diponegoro University (2003-2007), followed by a Master of Engineering in Industrial Management from Universitas Mercu Buana (2011-2013). This solid educational foundation paved the way for a remarkable career, starting as a Naval Architect at PT. Global Trans Energy in 2008. Over the years, he climbed the ranks, serving as Head of Section Procurement (2012-2014), Head of Procurement Department (2014-2018), Head of Quality Assurance Department (2018-2019), Head of Operational Department (2019-2020), and General Manager at PT. Global Stevedoring Indonesia (2020-2024), before assuming his current role in January 2025.
With a skill set spanning budget management, shipping operations, and technical expertise, Jingga has excelled in developing strategic plans, including Balanced Scorecards and SWOT analyses, to drive organizational growth. His career highlights include optimizing stevedoring operations, overseeing fleet maintenance, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. “My passion lies in enhancing operational workflows and delivering high-quality results under challenging conditions,” Jingga shared.
Jingga’s success is not just personal but also inspirational. His certifications, such as The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Project Management from Class NK Academy, reflect his commitment to continuous learning.
