Diponegoro University marked a historic moment with the farewell and welcome of a new Rector. The leadership period of Rector Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum, which spanned from 2019 to 2024, has come to an end. Now, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., has officially assumed the role of Rector of Diponegoro University for the 2024-2029 period.

However, as we bid farewell to this extraordinary leader, we also warmly welcome Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., who will lead Diponegoro University towards a bright future. As an experienced academic and leader, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., is expected to bring new energy, fresh vision, and sustainable innovation to the university.
Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., has affirmed his commitment to continuing the legacy of excellence built by his predecessors, while also developing new visions and strategies in line with the dynamics of the times.
