Ekalawya Diponegoro University has made a brilliant achievement in the SAMPAN (Semarak Mahasiswa Perkapalan) Competition held on Friday, September 6, 2024, in Surabaya. Although they did not win first place, their success in winning second and third place in the Ship Design Innovation competition shows the dedication and extraordinary abilities of the team members.
The team won by presenting the results of the research vessel design in front of the judges using English for 15 minutes and a 10-minute question and answer session.
The Head of the Petarunx-Ez Team, Moh. Abyan Wijdanatha, explained that the preparation for the competition involved routine practice, in-depth research, and close collaboration between team members. “We are working hard, prioritizing optimal coordination and alignment, to create high-quality innovative solutions in the shipping sector,” said Abyan.
The message from the Head of the Caraka-Ez Team, Miftahul Asyrafi, “Good cooperation is not only about dividing tasks, but also supporting and understanding each other”.
