Internship

Practical Work or Field Work Practices must be taken by students as a prerequisite for graduation, practical work has a load of 2 semester credit units, can be carried out by students who have met the course requirements and credits, practical work activities must be carried out by students in two companies each taken for a minimum of 1 month in one company.

Competency learning outcomes in practical work activities in the first company are related to ship production and repair work, while the second company is related to shipworthiness survey work and classification. Thus it is hoped that from this work practice students will have these two competencies which will prepare students for the world of work

After carrying out practical work, students make practical work reports and daily reports during their activities in the company. the field work practice exam is tested by the Supervisor who has been appointed by the coordinator.
