Stefanus Aditya Witjaksono, a scholarship recipient from the Department of Naval Architecture, said he was surprised when his name was listed as one of the scholarship recipients. “Wow, to be honest, I was surprised because in terms of achievements and activeness in my organization, I was not as active as the others,” said Stefanus. Stefanus is one of two Naval Architecture students who passed the IISMA 2023 program together with Anisa Egilda Harni Indrawati who is a Marine Engineering student class of 2020
In the IISMA program, Stefanus and Anisa will join a number of the best students from around the world and be placed at several well-known universities in the field of shipping engineering in several developed countries, namely Nanyang University Naval Architecture, South Korea for Stefanus and Michigan State University Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding Engineering for Anisa. They will work under the guidance of leading experts and professionals, and have the opportunity to be directly involved in innovative projects relevant to their field of study.
